Bill Leys
Bill Leys is a veteran contractor, construction inspector and waterproofing technical manager, and has been involved in many notable projects throughout California. These projects include monitoring the 3 mission critical waterproofing systems installed over the operating rooms at Stanford Hospital, performing quality control testing and observing the installation of welded Cetco systems for Alphabet Co projects in Mountain View, monitoring the waterproofing on top deck on the 34th floor of the tallest residential tower in Oakland at 1640 Broadway. Bill opened William Leys Waterproofing Consultants LLC to assist associations in their SB 326 balcony bill inspection needs.
