About the course

Associations with asphalt shingle roofs, the most common roofing material in the country, can reduce the life cycle maintenance cost of their roofs by extending the life of the roof.  Roof Maxx applies a liquid coating that is absorbed into the shingles.  This coating reverses the negative effects of ultraviolet light and restores flexibility to the shingles.
